INTRODUCTION

A Writing Stint That Got Me Travelling and So Much More!

Las Vegas, Genoa (Nevada), San Francisco—libre accommodation, dinner, at pamasahe. Who says writers are starving artists? The reason why I went to San Francisco was because of one of my written advertisements online! I saved up to a million pesos at 32 at hindi ko rin ito sinasadya. Marahil bunga ito ng Technique #10. I did that technique the Summer when I turned 30 for a small business that I wanted to put up.

Hundreds of thousands of successful individuals did and are doing these 21 techniques in different parts of the world.

Si Peter Bowerman, commercial writer, naging financially self-sufficient dahil ginamit niya ang technique #1 (this power-packed verse was printed in his bestselling book, The Wellfed Writer). And any writer can use this. And here’s one secret: writer’s block doesn’t exist at all. So let’s get it out of your writer’s mind, shall we? Through this technique, you will learn how to create your own lucky writing break.

Do You Have What It Takes?

Not everybody can do the techniques. Hindi lahat ng tao ay mayroon nito:

-imagination

-open-mindedness

-commitment

-ability to say thank you many, many times

Up to this point, I’d like to warn you. Ituloy mo lang ang I.B.A.®

Fact or Fiction?

I already told you not to buy any goal-setting book that doesn’t have any scientific basis. All the power-packed techniques in your I.B.A. ebook has scientific explanations. Quantum physics and phenomenology.

Ngyah! Kaya ba ito ng utak ko? Tanong mo.

Every thing in the physical world is made out of atoms.

Atoms are made out of energy.

Energy is made out of consciousness.1

Like attracts like.

A miracle that’s possible for anyone

Is possible for everyone. 2

Ibig sabihin, kung dahil sa Technique # 2 naalis ang depression ni Eckhart Tolle at naging bestseller ang The Power of Now na sinulat niya, Technique #2 can also work for you.

By the way, I’m a writer. That throbbing pain. That stabbing pain. Ang pananamlay. Immobility. I did Technique #3 for about three days to heal myself.

So, Bakit 43 Days? Wala Bang Mas Maikling Paraan?

Mayroon. Twenty-one days. It is common knowledge that it takes 21 days for you to change or improve a habit. This is proven.

But we’re not talking of habits here, however. We are talking of an entire consciousness.  The kind that brings healing, peace, and harmony not just for yourself, but for the ones you love. It takes 40-43 days to improve your level of consciousness. PLUS, you improve your habits. After you’ve gone through your own 43-day program, if you worked on your chosen techniques with balanced fun and diligence, you will be surprised by how fast you can have anything you want.

Halos palagi kang nasa state of well-being.

Ngayon, you have freedom to do whatever you want.

-Araw-araw kang masaya at may peace of mind

Iyon bang you are the captain of your own soul…

You will discover more for yourself.

Chapter Three

THE FIRST FORTY-THREE DAYS

Ito ang pinakaimportante at pinaka-nakamamangha sa lahat. You will program yourself to reach your calm, relaxed body-mind state where you are self-sustained. In this state of consciousness, you are free. In this state of consciousness, you are imperturbable. Dito ka magpo-program ng sarili mo para magkatotoo lahat ng hinihiling mo from health to wealth. Read: all good things that you want to manifest. Three times stronger.

How to achieve your self-sustained state:

Do your calming exercise in one place only, as positive energy will gradually build up from there.

Basta huwag masisikip at makakating damit. Kahit fashionista ka pa.

-Make sure you feel clean. I do this.

-Do a mental cleaning exercise. This is Technique number two actually. For the moment, this is what you must do: alisin mo anumang ‘masikip’ na pakiramdam sa dibdib mo o sa tiyan mo. Here’s how:

Imagine the doubting feeling as dark trash gathering just outside your stomach and chest region. Now, imagine a piece of square brown paper. Wrap that trash with it. Then let the powerful gravity of the Sun pull it away from you. Do this in the morning when you wake up, especially if you feel negative feelings are creeping up, about to disturb your life. Allow the Sun to burn it for you.

This is Technique Number Two, the GIGO technique. It’s very simple but very, very effective. By doing this technique alone, people receive good health, good relationships, and awesome cashflow. More on that later.

- Gagamit ka ngayon ng isang object of focus.

Buong paa, please. This makes you grounded and comfortable. This position is called the Egyptian sitting position. I don’t always recommend sitting cross-legged, lotus style, unless you are used to it.

First five days, gawin mo for three minutes. Next five days, gawin mo for five minutes. On the last ten days, you have a choice. Focus for ten minutes or focus for fifteen minutes. Depende sa power of focus mo. Of course the longer focus you have, the better.

Relax and don’t put pressure on your mind. Be gentle with it! Hayaan mong lumutang (left to right usually) ang mga ideya at imahinasyon mo. l Best time to practice reaching your self-sustained state: morning. Pagka-gising mo.

To the extent that, out of gratitude to God, you might even get overwhelmed by emotions. Do not stop here. Kumbaga, nasa daan ka pa lang. Wala ka pa sa destinasyon mo. Yes, this is a path strewn with awesome things! But you want to reach your goals as well.

There are several ways you can get there:

Breathing technique. Pause (1, 2). Huminga palabas habang bumibilang ka mula isa hanggang apat. Pause (1,2). Repeat until you feel that you are very calm, almost falling asleep.

Music. Mozart or Bach o Gregorian Chant (the classical, not the pop version). I find seashore sounds very effective for me, though.

Mantra. A word or a group of words that you can repeat over and over again. Words have power and this is where you see it. Literal translation: “O, thou jewel of the lotus.” It also has a deeper meaning such as opening to spiritual enlightenment.

Like attracts like. Saying a mantra is bordering on Technique number nine, Japa Meditation. More discussion on that later.

Liwanag. For the first minute though, I would require you to close your eyes and do the breathing exercise for calming down. Only then can you open your eyes and focus on the candle.

This is most probably your next question:

How’s my first forty-three days going to help me with my goals?

This is one of the things where your giftbook will help you. Realize though that this is the time to build Kung sa tingin mo naglalayas ang isip mo, dahan-dahan mong ibalik sa object of focus ito.

your skills in attaining that self-sustained,calm body-mind state. If you can reach that first goal, you can accomplish any other goal that will improve your life.

After about twenty-one days, kung pakiramdam mo ay kaya mo nang maging kalmado habang naka-focus ka nang matagal, gagamitin mo na ngayon ang giftbook mo. Your small giftbook becomes an instrument for programming yourself so that you can quickly reach that self-sustained,calm body-mind state where your goals begin their manifestation. This is how it’s going to happen:

- Feel, really feel that deep calmness. Nobody can ever disturb you there. This is your sanctuary and you have reached it! In your sanctuary, you become self-sustained. In your sanctuary, you attain freedom. So feel your own calmness—it’s yours. You are free to do a lot of good things in there.

- Next, just about in the middle of this state, hold your book and say,

“I am touching my book now while I’m in my sanctuary. Anytime, anywhere I do this, I go to my sanctuary and I begin to write efficiently.”

- Say this to end your every session: one, two, I’m going up now, ready to open my eyes. Three, four, eyes open, and five, wide awake, clear-headed, energized and refreshed.

Note: Bago mo gawin ang iyong going to your sanctuary routine sa umaga, siguruhin mong nasa tabi mo ang iyong giftbook. You will use it for programming yourself to attain your goals.

LET YOUR DREAMS COME TRUE! The second Forty-Three Days… and the Third…

Now that you’ve done the first forty-three days, the succeeding forty-three days are for your writing dreams. What do you want to achieve for yourself? Do you want to be a famous writer? Do you want to have celebrity-like status? Personally, all I want is to master my writing craft, become self-sufficient because of it (like P. Bowerman!), and lead a balanced life. That’s good enough, huh?  I mean, I have observed that I am always given the stars if I shoot for Sun, so I’ll leave it at that.

-    Go into your calm body-mind state, into your sanctuary.

- Do technique number three. Then…

-      Make a mental movie using Technique #4. This will strengthen your imaginative mind in time.

- After Technique #4 (which takes only about 3-5 minutes), you can start doing your Visualization.

If you are new to this, do it for three minutes only. And do it for as long as you like if your imagination and mind have grown stronger.

- After the visualization part, you are now going to use your I.B.A.® Giftbook and say this: “I am touching my giftbook now while I’m in my sanctuary. Anytime, anywhere I do this, I go to my sanctuary and I (begin to write efficiently).” (or I receive a lot of money just by writing)…

- End the session with the usual way of ending it. one, two, I’m going up now, ready to open my eyes. Three, four, eyes open, and five, wide awake, clear-headed, energized and refreshed.

Chapter Four

The Twenty-One Techniques

1.Goethe’s commitment poem

Until one is committed there is hesitancy,

The chance to draw back, always ineffectiveness.

Concerning all acts of initiative (and creation),

There is one elementary truth,

The ignorance of which kills countless

Ideas and splendid plans:

That the moment one definitely commits oneself,

Then Providence moves too.

All sorts of things occur to help one

That would never otherwise have occurred.

A whole stream of events issue from the decision,

Raising in one’s favor all manner of unforeseen

Incidents and material assistance, which

No man could have dreamt would have come his way.

Whatever you do or dream you can, begin it.

Boldness has genius, power, and magic in it.

Begin it now!

What’s in it for me? Peace of mind. You are assured that if you really commit to your writing career, all you need to make this come true will shower on you from many different sources. You will begin to think in a better way. This is called Goethean Thinking. Read this verse, say it over and over again and your view of the world will become more alive. You will feel that the universe or God or your Inner Source is working to give you whatever you are asking. Unexpected blessings. Yup! Allow yourself to be surprised with gifts, cash, and assistance that you will receive from everywhere!

When and Where: This verse came from Johann von Goethe, German philosopher, artist, poet, and scientist. He’s the guy whose thinking runs this way: you will increase your intuitive powers and (your luck) if you observe phenomena with your pure thought—no judgement, no interpretations, just a dollop of disciplined observation. For example, if you constantly observe the sky and clouds, one day you will be able to predict the weather just by looking up at the sky and feeling the air; to the extent that you can actually say, “Uulan pagkalipas ng tatlong oras.”

How do I do the technique? Read the verse. Duh. It’s so simple, you want to hit me on the head for writing it down. I know people who print the verse in extra large format and hang it on their walls, in front of their computers. So whenever they have a new endeavor, whenever they are going to do new work, they are reminded:

If I am writing with total commitment, I will receive all the material assistance I will need so that the novel (or article) will manifest. I will meet all the people who will help me get this novel off the ground.

There you go. Been there. Done that.

2. Garbage In, Garbage Out (GIGO) Technique

This is a very ancient technique. You know what I mean.

Let go. Di mo kailangan ang mga ito. Ang mabuti pa, prove to them that you can have a better, better, better, better, better life.

Do the technique: Kahit anong oras, puwede mo itong gawin. Or, I was hurt, hurt… And then the most important part: let go. Let go. The paper theat you messed up. And transform it into good energy. Hindi mo responsabilidad ang transformation na ganyan. Just let go of your negative feelings. Isumbong mo kay…you know who.

You can have everything by using this technique. Magpaka-GIGO ka!

3. Golden Light Technique-

You can enhance the sanctuary that you already have by creating a golden ball of light around it. Now you feel cozy, safe, and loved.

Iba’t-ibang versions ng technique na ito ang makikilala mo kapag nag-research ka, pero ito ang pinakabuod niya: Relax and visualize a golden ball of light that’s inside your puson, located three fingers down from your navel. Make that light grow bigger until it surrounds you.

Let go and relax. Then go into your sanctuary.

So don’t even think about it. You are born to improve yourself, to receive blessings, to flow with abundance, to show a lot of kindness, to see beauty everywhere, to create beauty, and to love. Huwag mo pahirapan ang sarili mo.

And then, the most beautiful step! Create your own reality in there. Fill your golden ball of light with heavenly music. Make a garden grow in it. Or create a warm, friendly aquamarine ocean in it where you can swim. Inside this light, you will work on what you want. So you can set up a laboratory, an art studio, a work shop, a theater, anything! Depende sa kung anong gusto mo. This is where all good things start happening for you. This is where God resides. This is the self-sustained YOU.

So, ano ang gagawin mo kapag narating mo na ang calm state within the golden ball of light?

Lilitaw ang new and improved you. High energy. You will start creating your own good feelings. Unexpected blessings will come your way if you practice this even beyond the 43-day period. You will begin thinking in a better, more creative way. Living on a big scale becomes a reality for you now.

Focus-on-one-thing Technique

What’s in it for me? Peace of mind.

This technique will give you the tool to direct your mind to where you intend it to go.

Again, this is a very ancient technique. Monks in Europe used this. Buddhists use a variation of this. The mind is so powerful it can create realities such as rocketships as well as give you headache, fever, and flu. Would you like to live with your loved ones but also have time to enrich your professional life, receive good income, take cool vacations? Choose your reality. It will happen.

How to do the technique: Examine a man-made object such as a paper clip, a chopstick, hairpin, imperdible, lapis, papel (na walang sulat), eraser, ballpen… iyung mga bagay na nadedekwat mo kapag nililinis mo ang bag mo o ang drawer mong isang taon nang nagmamakaawang linisin mo. Don’t use a coin or papel na may love letter. Magsisisi ka, sige ka. Next, go to your sanctuary. Focus on the object for three minutes. Kapag eksperto ka na (after 21 days), focus on the object for five minutes. Pwede mo rin palitan ang object of your affection paminsan-minsan. Do this everyday..

Stay tuned for 17 more techniques!
